It has come to our attention that third parties are taking advantage of the wide reputation of our trademark and logo. In addition, unauthorized persons are offering local businesses a franchise system that is based mainly on the use and style of our brand.
We would like to alert the public that any franchising system for ALBAIK® that does not come from our company is not authentic and is illegally building on the reputation of our original trademark. By publishing this notice, we intend to protect the public from being subjected to false information.
